Tender, juicy chicken wings are coated in a savory soy garlic marinade with a hint of honey. This easy air fryer soy sauce chicken wings recipe uses the air fryer to caramelize the marinade without deep frying or stovetop cooking. It's ready in just 30 minutes.
Pat the chicken wings dry with clean paper towels and transfer them to a large mixing bowl.
Add the marinade ingredients and massage them into the wings until evenly coated. Marinate for 15 minutes.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with vegetable oil. Transfer the wings to the basket, leaving any excess marinade in the bowl. Arrange them in a single layer without overlapping. Air fry in batches if needed.
Air fry at 400°F for 8 minutes. Flip the wings and air fry for another 4-5 minutes, or until browned and the thickest part reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. If needed, air fry for another minute and check again.
Remove the wings from the air fryer and transfer them to a large serving plate. Garnish with green onions and serve.
